On November 12th, BS STAFF participated in the Sectoral Forum of Auxiliary Services held in Barcelona, a meeting organized by ADEDSA y ANEPSA which brought together the Labour Inspectorate of Cataloniaalready union representatives of UGT y USOC.

During the session, the main challenges of the sector were analyzed, including:

  • Compliance with the collective agreement.
  • The elimination of bad labor practices.
  • Managing absenteeism, monitoring working hours, and digital disconnection.
  • The need for qualified personnel and the improvement of professional processes.

From BS STAFF We value these types of spaces as fundamental to promoting a stronger, more responsible, and transparent sector. Our commitment focuses on ensuring the quality of service, promoting good labor practices and contributing to the professionalization of the sector in Catalonia.
